Pt YJPhD-1245 P 303 Informing the Quality Assurance division Director of this Open Conflict with my employer, the Ministry of Education TE ST. I fear to work under such employer. Its sounds like the beginning of an attempt of Constructive Dismissal. Frivolous accusations against me, ‘alleged email’ . It reminds me of that lead inquiring officer.The same question was put to him at least 7 times, through different trial sessions, at Court by lawyers , prosecution and even by the hon Magistrate , WHETHER WHAT I AM ACCUSED OF has been put to me ? he could not answer a simple YES/NO. 23rd January 2024
