Politicians of majority annoying me about ‘ Why I am not campaigning/helping/working for Politicians in Power’. Same as I was saying about SBM-SICOM problem they cannot force me to put my salary at SBM ,take loan, put my house, property as guarantee, samething Politicians even those in POWER cannot FORCE me, a civil servant to support politics/campaign for politics. I recall the Supreme Court Cases of Const 8 Moka/Quartier Millitaire, Reduit Narsinghen H. v UOM & Ors 2022 SCJ 64 Record No: 120216, 2023 SCJ 457 Record No. 122868 , whereby the applicant was reprimanded “You participated in active politics ’ ‘ You were engaged in meetings ’.
